Rest assured that we process all the transactions using secure server technology, which ensures the safety of your financial and personal information. Note that all the prices mentioned are subject to change without any prior notice.
The payment that you make at checkout covers the product cost and the shipping cost. Please keep in mind that depending on your location, you may have to pay additional taxes/duty to you local authorities to receive your product.
All products will be manufactured within 21 to 28 working days from the day of the order processed. All the orders will be shipped within 2-3 business working days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after the production is complete.
Orders without custom items will be delivered within 15 business days.
If you place your order during the weekend, please note that we will process it on the following Monday. In addition, our shipping costs are non-refundable. In case you receive a refund, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.
We will only ship to the billing address you mention, to the cardholder. Infinitude Fight will only bear additional handling and shipping costs for returns if the incorrect design or size of the product was shipped. If you return the items, you will be responsible to pay your shipping costs.
Returns Information
Please note that we will only return custom items if they were shipped with the wrong logos, and colors, etc. If you wish to return any item you purchased, you have to return within 7 days from the date you received it. To be sure of whether you are eligible for the return, the item you purchase has to be unused, just in the exact condition you received it. The item must be in its original packaging. Only the items purchased from Infinitude Fight can be returned through this process.

Contact our customer support, available 24/7, or simply get in touch with us via chat for returns authorization and the details necessary for the returns, including your order or invoice number.
Step 2
Make sure you pack the items to return securely in their original packaging, as mentioned above. Mention the return address that our customer support team provides.
Step 3
Once you dispatch the shipped item, you should let us know straight away so that we further process your request without wasting further time for the item to reach our warehouse.
